PUSH YOUR LUCK

Every roll in Shadows & Sixes is a decision point. You roll against the Difficulty Class. Meet or beat it and you succeed. Fall short and the game does not just move on. You have a choice: accept the outcome, or Push.

Pushing costs 1 Composure Point and lets you roll again, hoping for a better result. You can push up to three times. But each failed push risks a heavier consequence. Run dry and you are out of options.

That is the whole system. The rest is the story.
